The house is divided into two apartments: one on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. Each floor is rented independently, but the common areas (pool and parking area) are shared.
The Accommodation
The ground floor accommodates up to eight people and features four bedrooms with 1.50m beds, three of which have en-suite bathrooms (complete with towels and a hairdryer). It includes an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as a spacious and bright living-dining area.
Outside, the typical riurau of La Marina Alta houses a barbecue, a large table, and a garden lounge where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.
The space is fully climate-controlled with heating and air conditioning. Additional amenities include bed linens, towels, wardrobes with hangers, a hairdryer, kitchenware, a toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, television, and WIFI (Internet) connection.
